Land in the summer capital, settle into your stays along the serene valley, meet your expedition leaders, and enjoy an evening orientation under the mountain twilight.
Leave the green meadows of Sonamarg behind and climb the rugged switchbacks of Zoji La (3,528m). Descend through Drass, the gateway to Ladakh, and unwind in historic Kargil.
Traverse Namika La and Fotu La, witness the lunar landscapes of Lamayuru, pay respects at Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, and watch the sacred confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers before reaching Leh.
Ascend the iconic Khardung La (5,359m) into the stark expanse of Nubra Valley. Pay homage at Diskit Monastery and watch the dusk settle over the cold desert dunes of Hunder.
